2 Lilac Acres is the perfect nonsmoking retreat for a family of four. Located in beautiful Pine Hills, your getaway is situated on 2+ acres of pine, oak and fruit trees. Springtime dots the acreage with daffodills and a long row of tall lilacs. Fall brings beautiful red and yellow leaves and Christmas mistletoe drape from the trees.
Once inside you'll find the 2000 sq ft interior remodeled as of January 2008. It features wireless wifi and cable TV, a natural stone hearth with an eco-friendly and efficient pellet stove, central heat and air conditioning, hardwood floors, hand painted kitchen cabinets and new stainless appliances. Seasonal fruit wil be hand picked and available in the refrigerator for you.
The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed with french doors opening to a large deck in the midst of tall oaks and pines. A small gas grill is available for your use on the deck. The full bath with oval tub and separate shower has dual sinks for your convenience.
Located at the opposite end of the master bedroom is the children's area which opens up into two bedrooms. The Rainforest Bedroom holds a queen size bed and boasts a hand painted rainforest mural. The floor to ceiling windows can be used to watch a bright moon or a star filled night sky. The adjoining room includes two twin beds and has a built in desk area for portable dvd players, games, etc... The children's bath has a shower only.
Your children must be supervised by you at all times while outside. Julian has many wild animals, including a resident mountain lion that is sighted on occasion.
Your family dog is invited to stay as long as he/she weighs less than 35 lbs, is on flea prevention, and a $200 security deposit is obtained upon booking the reservation. You are expected to clean up after your pet. Bags and a trash can will be available in the fenced dog run located off the deck.
All food/cakes are prepared by our Julian vendors. No food is prepared by 2 Lilac Acres staff.
