Rates, payment, security and cancellations

A two day minimum is required at a rate of $185/night.

Advance payment upon booking reservation is required by Visa/MC. Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent.

 Cancellations:

There is a $25/night cancellation fee for all cancellations made greater than 14 days prior to your arrival. Your reservation is totally non-refundable 14 days or less prior to your arrival.

All reservations taken for Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays are prepaid upon reserving and non-refundable. Please call for details. 

Charges for misuse:

 Our property is completely nonsmoking. If you are a smoker, you may not smoke anywhere on the property. If there is evidence of smoking, there is an automatic $300 charge to your credit card. Fire is a serious threat in the back country, as evidenced by the recent wildfires.

If the kitchen is left unclean or if there is any indication that your stay by your family or pet has resulted in damage/soiling of the property your credit card will be charged for an amount necessary to correct the problem in excess of the security deposit if necessary. A letter will be sent with a detail of the billing amount.

Check in and check out:

Check in is at 3pm and check out is 12 noon. A late check in is available up until 10pm

Your privacy is paramount to us. There is no daily housekeeping service provided. Your vacation stay is complete with fresh crisp linens and a supply of towels. Please be advised Julian is on well water, which is a precious resource. Your help with reusing towels during your stay is much appreciated!
